GOOD VIBES, GOOD LIFE by Vex King

Author = Vex King
Publisher = Hay House
Published = 20 Jan 2019
Length = 270 pages

GOOD VIBES, GOOD LIFE is how self-love is? The key to unlocking your greatness. How to be a better you. This book talks about the Law of Vibration which is similar to the Law of Attraction. As for how vibrations can affect your life. This book has lots of positive things which will impel you.
Vex King addresses his childhood and what it was like and how he survived and become this amazing person. He talks about the struggles he faced but how to not let them get you down, his to trust and believe in yourself.
He talks about making yourself a priority. If you keep trying to satisfy others, you will never keep up. In the end, you will satisfy neither them nor yourself. We always forget our prosperity just to keep others happy. Do you think it's selfish to put yourself first? Which is actually worth thinking about.

HIGHLIGHTS FROM THE BOOK:

There is a beautiful quote in this book "Physical beauty does nothing but satisfy physical needs. Only those with real substance can satisfy the hearts, minds and souls of others". As he confesses that real beauty must be deeper than what meets the eyes. It must go beyond the skin. Our bodies can always change but our internal beauty can last a lifetime.
Surround yourself with good people who raise your vibrations and not lower your vibration. It is very important that we are surrounded by good people. Yes, you cannot obviously judge people as good or bad but you can always discern if a person is adding any value to your life or not. After interacting how are you feeling.
Procrastinating is something that we all go through. It is really difficult for us to come out of our comfort zone and work for our dreams. But if you have to achieve your dreams as soon as possible then you have to motivate yourself out of that loop of procrastination so you can get started with the work that will lead you towards your dream.
Word can hurt, help or heal. There's power in everything you write or say. You should be very careful about what you are telling others. Think before you speak.

My thoughts:
GOOD VIBES, GOOD LIFE is a masterpiece by Vex King. This book has taught me to see things in a different way. How to be positive in every situation. As the author says this book has changed my life. This book is jotted down in such a way that anyone can understand it. It motivated you from within. As the topics are small and crisp. You can get lots of different topics to read through. It was a good choice for me to read this book.
